“Christ’s Prayer for Us”

John 17:20-26

What is the message about? . . .

In John’s gospel, Jesus says a prayer for us. “Those who believe in me through their word.” What is it that the human manifestation of the eternal power of creation wishes for us? Hint: It is some of the same things that many of us already wish for ourselves. To know God. To be in unity with the God and one another. And to have something to believe in. Could a prayer that Jesus lifted a couple of thousand years ago be exactly what we need, and transform our lives today? Let’s look deeper into this prayer that Jesus prays for his disciples on Sunday morning. I can promise that it will be worth your time!
