What is the sermon about? . . .
If you want to know the meaning of life, the popular image used to be having to climb far up a steep mountain to ask an elderly bearded man, who will give a profound but possibly mysterious and hard to understand answer. The scripture this Sunday wrestles with the “meaning of life” question. How is who Jesus is affecting our search for life's meaning and purpose? Do we know for what reason we exist? What can we give in return for our life? The good news is you don’t have to climb a steep mountain to explore the meaning of life question. The answers are profound and mysterious, but not all that hard to understand. See you Sunday.
